We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Jointer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, jointing, and maintenance of underground cable networks.
Main Duties:
- Jointing and terminating 11kV cables.
- Fault finding and repair of underground cables.
- Installation of cable joints and terminations in accordance with industry standards
- Adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Working as part of a team or independently
- Responding to emergency callouts
The Successful Candidate:
- City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent qualification
- Experience in 11kV cable jointing (Preferable but not required)
- Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in confined spaces and challenging conditions.
- Valid UK Driving License
