Due to business growth, we are looking for a full time Operations Manager to join the team who will help to continuously improve operational processes and streamline the business efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery process of events, from the point of sale. This will include managing the freelance Event Team, the trusted supplier base and the in-house event equipment.

We're looking for…

  • Experience in the event or a similar industry/role
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and capacity to work to deadlines
  • Methodical approach to planning with strong attention to detail
  • Full driving license and access to a car
  • Willingness to work outside the standard Mon-Fri, 9-5 hours
