- Efficiently producing correspondence and documentation using relevant software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Liaising with Document Production for large documents and using track changes as needed.
- Communicating effectively with fee earners and managing workflow.
- Drafting correspondence and proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Managing client and matter openings and closings in compliance with firm processes.
- Handling diary management, including scheduling meetings and managing room bookings.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and assisting fee earners with follow-up tasks.
- Managing email accounts, including reviewing inboxes for absent fee earners.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense claims.
- Maintaining contact information and ensuring the accuracy of records.
- Supporting the wider PA group as needed and actively seeking training opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Experience in litigation or legal environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems.
