Lorien's Banking Client are currently looking for an experienced PA/PMO that can support 3 Snr Managers from a business support perspective, the duties will be mainly aligned to supporting the managers directly with some work in the PMO team around our comms strategy.

This role is based in Edinburgh or London.

This role will be Via Umbrella.

This Role is working in a Hybrid model of 1-2days a week on site.

We have an urgent requirement for a dedicated and proactive Business Support Specialist to join our PMO team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive support to three Senior Managers, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our communications strategy within the PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and business support to three Senior Managers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the PMO communications strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for Senior Managers.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Senior Managers and other departments.
  • Support the PMO team with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a business support or administrative role, preferably within a PMO or similar environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
