We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator to join our dynamic client and contribute to the smooth running of an exciting project.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential day-to-day administrative support, including distributing communications and maintaining accurate records.
  • Plan and organise internal and external meetings, prepare engaging resources such as slide packs, and record meeting minutes or action logs.
  • Be the go-to point of contact for all project queries, managing shared inboxes and supporting all stages of project development, engagement, and consultation.
  • Assist the project lead in connecting with key stakeholders and ensuring the project's success.
