This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, methodical, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling printed publications from trolleys and recording bibliographic information into a Management System (LMS).
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and making necessary alterations to the LMS data with reference to external industry sources.
  • Placing books into plastic tote boxes, ensuring weight limits are adhered to (up to 15KG per box), and moving them to designated holding areas.
  • Assisting with the loading of weekly deliveries of tote boxes for customer dispatch.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong ability to interpret and accurately modify data within the LMS based on physical items and external industry information.
  • Capability to perform routine tasks with minimal supervision and effectively prioritise workload.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during daily operations.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
  • Proficiency in using computers, peripherals, and standard software applications.
  • Team player mindset, valuing diverse perspectives and working collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
