Day-to-day duties

  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, address inquiries, and support Account Executives in managing portfolios effectively.
  • Handle insurance policy processing, including renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assess risks, negotiate with underwriters, secure appropriate coverage for clients, and assist with claims management for efficient resolution.
  • Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide tailored advice and maintain adherence to standards.

Required skills, experience, qualifications

  • Ideally, we’re seeking around 3 years + of experience as an Account Handler
  • Commercial insurance expertise is essential
