The business already holds the existing ‘Tech’ knowledge required, this is not a ‘Tech’ role and this individual is not expected to have a pre-existing knowledge of technology. The role would suit an experienced Qualified Accountant and People Manager who is genuinely interested and curious about technology, who is passionate about leading and developing others, who perhaps wants a change from the typical finance positions available in the external market, which makes this role hugely unique. Someone who enjoys managing internal and client relationships, with a good people manner, and engagement style.  Responsibilities of the Qualified Accountant - People Manager (Fintech)  
  • Managing a team of tech professionals to deliver support to clients ensuring the day-to-day deliverables and long-term development plans are met
  • Managing stakeholders across different countries
  • Provide support for European customers
  • Collaborate with Scrum Master to define team work model
  • Oversee capacity planning, ramp-up and integration of external resources for projects and regional needs
