Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business clients across various sectors
- Review accounts, tax returns and other deliverables prepared by the team
- Oversee, mentor and support junior staff
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service standards
- Assist with business development and practice growth initiatives
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload
