You are a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
You have significant experience and have been a key contributor to 1-2 scale-ups.
You are either an experienced CFO or have served as a strong number 2.
You possess a solid understanding of asset-backed industries and associated debt structures.
You are adept at raising debt, understanding lease structures, and managing on or off balance sheet models.
You have legal knowledge and are comfortable with legal documents and structures related to financing.
You have experience with equity raises, ideally with tier 1 or 2 investors, where you have played an integral role in the process.

Your Role:With full oversight of the finance function in our growing business, you will ensure our processes are hyper-efficient and not people-heavy. Overseeing a small team with a strong foundation.Key Responsibilities:

Manage working capital and treasury with a bottom-up understanding of business needs.
Define debt structures and go to market to find the right solutions for each stage of our growth.
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
