This role will give you the opportunity to work together with the Finance Director to embed a Finance Business Partnering function. The role will ideally suit candidates who can deliver accurate, in-depth analysis & management accounting information to various stakeholders, while fostering strong relationships with all areas of the business.

The role of Finance Business Partner will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Preparing detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and process improvements
- Developing precise monthly management account reports
- Conducting variance analyses against budget and forecasts
- Providing comprehensive financial and accounting reports to stakeholders
- Assisting stakeholders in understanding financial policies and procedures
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Playing a pivotal role in financial planning and budget processes
- Ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting standards
- Leading the enhancement of management information systems and tools
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Contributing to the daily cash flow forecast
- Designing business processes and accounting policies
- Fostering continuous improvement in finance procedures and systems
- Supporting the Financial Controller and finance team
- Aiding the Finance Director with project reporting and presentations

You
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience
- Delivering information effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and knowledge transfer abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in risk management within financial contexts
- Highly analytical with robust problem-solving skills
- Capacity to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Ability to lead transformational projects with the Finance Director
- Demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to the team and organisation
