We are searching for a capable and committed Finance Business Partner for a leading Not For Profit organisation based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and support to the organisation's finance department.

Description
- Providing strategic financial advice to the organisation
- Supporting budget planning and financial forecasting
- Developing strong relationships across the finance department and wider organisation
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance function
- Contributing to the development of the organisation's financial strategy
- Managing financial risks and opportunities
- Acting as a key liaison for financial queries within the organisation
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar finance role within the Not For Profit sector
- Excellent knowledge of financial planning and analysis
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously
Job Offer
- An approximate salary of £60000
- A generous holiday allowance of 28 days
- The opportunity for hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office is expected
- A car allowance is also included as there will be occasional travel across Scotland
