Job ??As Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shifting finance from reporting to real-time decision-making. You’ll:
- Partner with Heads and Project Managers to guide budget ownership and forecasts
- Drive commercial thinking and influence a profit-positive mindset
- Lead on financial performance reporting and systems change initiatives
- Deliver insight through monthly projections and risk/opportunity analysis
- Own key elements of financial compliance and process improvement
- Step up on board-level KPIs, project reporting, and transformation programmes
You ??As Finance Business Partner, you’ll be confident in your ability to blend financial rigour with strategic thinking. You'll bring:
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner in a reasonably large organisation
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and deliver financial projects
- Sharp commercial awareness and the ability to simplify complexity
- Experience with finance systems (especially change or implementation projects)
- Excellent interpersonal skills - comfortable engaging non-financial stakeholders
- Accountancy qualification is preferred
- Ideally a commercial background
- A mindset that embraces change, questions the status quo, and supports growth
