Finance Specialist6 Month - FTCEdinburgh (Hybrid)
LHH is delighted to be supporting our public sector client that supports the arts, screen and creative industries across all parts of Scotland, as they seek to recruit a Finance Specialist.
As a Finance Specialist, you will provide general finance administrative support and processing including sales ledger/purchase ledger maintenance, purchase ledger payments, purchase order processing, payment of grants to recipients as well as credit card reconciliations and posting sales invoices and income received.
A key part of this role is to liaise with budget holders to ensure prompt authorisation of expenditure as well as reconciling and processing expense claims.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably a Finance or Accounting department. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people is essential, as is being organised and being able to use own initiative.
