In this role, you will:
- Lead client conversations focused on strategic growth, financial forecasting, and cash flow management
- Drive business partnering with clients, advising on financial decisions and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, connecting clients to services such as tax, corporate finance, and data analytics
- Help implement innovative technology solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor as they scale their businesses
Key Criteria:
- A strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of business operations and growth
- Experience in a client-facing advisory role, ideally within finance or business transformation
- A growth-focused mentality, with the ability to challenge the status quo and provide strategic insights
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges and technologies
- Experience in driving financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
