This is a full-time opportunity for a period of 6 months, offering a salary of £35,000 and a hybrid working model after completion of the training period.As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer service team within the operations department. You will be responsible for the performance of the team, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed at all times whilst hitting targets. You will also be responsible for the training and mentoring of the team to ensure professional development.To be suitable for this role you must:

• Have proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager within a Financial Service environment - preferably investment operations.
• Possess excellent communications skills with a natural ability to lead and develop teams
• Be based in Edinburgh to work in the office 3 days a week
• Be immediately available to start this role in February 2025
