Due to continued expansion, our client is recruiting a highly motivated Account Manager, based in Scotland. As part of the team you would be working with one of the largest mortgage broking businesses in Scotland. They provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a range of clients, from first time buyers applying through help to buy, to families looking to expand their home, to landlords adding to their portfolio.
Our advisers offer advice face-to-face, over the phone and, our innovative video call facilities. We also specialise in new build lending with long lasting and successful relationships with builders.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, builders and other team members to ensure timely delivery of service. You will effectively and coherently work with our New Build Advisers, New Build Accounts and Business Development Managers to drive customer satisfaction and successful execution of team and company goals. Please note, you may be required to work select weekends due to the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Qualification of all new build leads Account Manager
• Meeting builder Service Level Agreements
• Updating new build sales agents via email templates
• Provide DIP’s and rates.
• Handling all 'Front End’ and 'Back End’ nurture new build clients
• If clients have reserved, distributing criteria emails to mortgage advisors
• Complete mutual calls and provide outcomes to advisors
• Answer all generic incoming calls at weekend
• Call other data leads
• Collating information for builder reports Please note, ad-hoc actions (not included above) will be required in line with the needs of the business.
Requirements
• Ability to manage workload effectively
• Attention to detail
• Positive & enthusiastic
• Whole of market mortgage & protection experience
• Good written, oral communication and numeracy skills
• Drive, ambition & self-motivation and the ability to work in a regulated environment
• Experience of Microsoft suite of products, such as Word, Excel, Teams.
