Be-Resourcing is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Operations Oversight & Control Manager specialising in Transfer Agency, located in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operational activities related to our clients' outsourced Transfer agency services, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. You will play a key role in managing relationships with vendors and third-party administrators (TPAs), ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently, and implementing oversight controls that align with CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook) regulations. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a strong compliance culture within the organization.
- Proven experience in Transfer Agency operations.
- Strong understanding of CASS regulations and oversight requirements.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and TPA management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant financial services experience is preferred.
