Three Bridges Recruitment is working with a mission-led organisation based in Edinburgh, with the opportunity work primarily remotely if required. They're recruiting a Programme Finance Manager. Job

The role of Programme Finance Manager will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Leading the financial oversight of grant and loan schemes
  • Ensuring public funds are accurately reported, well managed, and responsibly allocated
  • Working closely with internal teams and external funders to meet reporting requirements
  • Managing complex data sets, payments, and reconciliations
  • Overseeing submissions for quarterly fund balance statements and freedom of information requests
  • Line managing a small, dedicated team and supporting their development and wellbeing
  • Contributing to wider systems improvements across legacy and new platforms

You

As a Programme Finance Manager you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Experience in programme finance or regulated schemes
  • Qualification in accounting (QBE or part-qualified) preferred
  • Ability to navigate complex data confidently and deliver accurate reporting
  • Experience dealing with funders or in a publicly funded environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Background in compliance, process improvement or service delivery
  • Capability to attend occasional in-person team days in Edinburgh
