Job Purpose
  • Managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.
  • Leading a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
  • Owning responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
  • Contributing to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.
  • Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
  • Setting an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager.
