You’ll be dealing with high-net-worth clients and will be supported by a team to really develop your career to the next level and reach your full potential.

  • You will be responsible for managing client enquiries and the advice process end-to-end, with the support of the wider team.
  • You will benefit from both flexible working options and ongoing training and development.
  • You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service.
  • You will be provided with leads from existing business streams, organic referrals, and will also be provided with the support to undertake pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads.
  • You will be responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.
  • Deliver outstanding levels of personal and professional integrity, updating knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products.
  • Prepare sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their financial goals and conducting ongoing reviews.
  • Generate new business by developing introducer relationships.

This opportunity will suit a pro-active Financial Adviser who is able to build lasting relations based upon trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently, but will be part of a flourishing team, with dedicated support provided by an award-winning network.

We can consider both experienced Financial Advisers at all levels. The key criteria is your approach to the customer journey and desire to be an outstanding adviser. You can choose to work on an employed or a self-employed basis and will benefit from a market leading proposition and generous fee splits.

Depending upon experience and training, you can work remotely, but can access an office for client meetings as often as required. You will work autonomously and flexibly, managing your diary and time to suit your clients’ needs and will be supported by an administrative team, allowing you to grow your client base and meet your development goals.
