Mortgage Case Manager

Edinburgh

£19,000 - £22,900

Our client is the UK’s largest mortgage network. You would be working for one of the largest mortgage broking businesses in Scotland, and one of the fastest growing financial services businesses in the UK.

They provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a range of clients, from first time buyers applying through help to buy, to families looking to expand their home, to landlords adding to their portfolio.

Job Specification

• Processing lender submissions, including keying decision in principles, applications and fulfilling system requirements

• Document checking for our clients to ensure that they align to company standards and meet lender requirements

• Managing the journey: working with the client/adviser and lender through the mortgage journey from initial assessments, approval, to over and post offer stage

• Communicating with advisers/clients and lenders as the business demands

• Proactively managing cases through to completion

• Proactively calling leads to establish where they are in their client journey, when required. The key skills required for the position include:

• Experienced in working in a fast-paced business environment

• Drive to put clients at the centre of everything you do

• Has first class communication and desire to challenge the outcome

• Maintains excellent attention to detail and self-motivated to get it right first time

• Able to handle, interpret and key data quickly, efficiently and correctly.
