A leading BI consultancy is seeking a talented and detail-oriented BI Developer to join their dynamic analytics team in Glasgow. As a BI Developer, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful insights by designing and developing sophisticated dashboards and reports, empowering clients to make data-driven decisions that transform their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize and maintain the data warehouse to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

Develop and automate ETL processes to streamline data integration and transformation.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.

Provide ad hoc data analysis to support business teams in decision-making.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in BI technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytics role.

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.

Experience with data warehouse design and ETL processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Snowflake, or Redshift.

Desirable Skills:
