An exciting opportunity is available for a solicitor to join a legal team in Edinburgh, specialising in IP, data protection and commercial contracts.
About the Role
This position involves:
- Advising on e-commerce, data protection compliance and intellectual property matters
- Drafting and negotiating contracts across different sectors
- Working closely with entrepreneurial and growing businesses to provide clear, practical advice
You’ll have a varied and rewarding workload, with a supportive team to help you succeed.
About You
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply. We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years PQE in IP, technology, data protection or commercial contracts
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- The ability to communicate clearly and build strong client relationships
