Our client, a UK leader in Pensions and Life Assurance, is looking for dedicated Complaints Handler to join their team in Edinburgh. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the best possible outcomes while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.The RoleAs a Complaint Handler, you will take full ownership of the complaints process—from initial receipt to final resolution—ensuring all cases are handled fairly and in line with regulatory requirements. Your work will help maintain our client’s reputation for excellence while continuously improving processes.This is a Hybrid role where you will need to be on site 2 days per week and 5 days a week for the first 3 weeks whilst in training.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the full lifecycle of customer complaints, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
  • Investigating complaints thoroughly, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information and drive complaint resolutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining accurate records and adhering to best practices.
  • Identifying trends in complaints and providing insights to enhance processes and customer experience.
