Based in Edinburgh, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the dual role of leading this telesales function and providing essential administrative support.

This position is crucial for driving financial growth, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the smooth operation of both commercial and administrative activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of telesales ledgers, providing leadership and support to the telesales team, and coordinating various administrative tasks to support the overall business operations.

This role requires you to have a provide telesales leadership background, with experience across commercial functions.

You will have strong analytical skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with different teams. Your ability to communicate with others will be exceptional as will be your ability to prioritise, plan and organise.

Knowledge of MS Excel is essential. Experience with MS Power BI would be ideal.
