Overview:We are now looking for an apprentice to support the Head of Revenue Operations and be based in our Edinburgh Office.

This role will be providing support for all aspects of the operational space. You will be based in the Edinburgh office but may be required to provide support across the wider business.

The jobholder will contribute to the continuous development through flexibility, and adaptability to meet business requirements.

Duties: 

  • You learn how to become a key member of our digital support staff, which will allow you to work collaboratively with other teams. This will include processing standard requests, problem solving to investigate issues, as well as reviewing Salesforce functionality.
  • In this role you will become an expert user in Salesforce, Excel & SharePoint. You will learn how to update and maintain information, generating reports and preserve data cleanliness.
  • You will also be required to input opportunities into our AWS Partnership Portal, understanding specific features of these packages, and how to use them.
  • You will develop expert skills in Microsoft Office & SharePoint. Using this suite, you will contribute to reporting by preparing relevant documentation, generating client specific reports and invoicing.
  • Over the duration of your apprenticeship you will become a superuser of our systems, leading to an expert level of knowledge in which you will be required to review and observe processes across the team.
