Meraki Talent are exclusively supporting with the appointment of a permanent FP&A Analyst based in Edinburgh (hybrid working) paying £55,000 - £70,000 + strong bonus & excellent benefits.

The Role

This newly created position to support the Head of FP&A with both group finance & a diverse portfolio of high profile renewable energy projects. The key components of the role would include:

  • Business partnering with the C-suite and leadership level individuals both internally & externally
  • Production and presentation of monthly reporting & Board packs
  • Responsibility for a diverse portfolio of high profile projects spanning over across several countries & renewables technologies
  • Assisting of budgeting, forecasting, analysis and financial modelling
  • KPI setting and monitoring
  • Liaising with external banks for finance/refinancing including debt & financial covenants

The business has highly ambitious targets for the next decade so it’s imperative it secures an individual who is keen to take on additional responsibilities, duties, exposure.

Candidate Profile

We are keen to engage with qualified Accountants that can demonstrate strong commercial finance exposure. That two backgrounds the employer is willing to consider include:

  • An FP&A professional

Or

  • An individual operating in corporate finance, and seeking their first inhouse move into industry

It’s essential the individual can navigate and maintain financial models, with any more advanced skills being advantageous but not essential.
