Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit for a Gravedigger on a temporary ongoing basis in the South Edinburgh AreaHours - Mon to Fri 36 hours per weekPay - £12.81 per hourDuration - Temporary OngoingStart asapDuties to include:

Measure and mark out grave spaces
Prepare graves with use of an excavator
Keep pathways clear
Remove litter
Maintain the grounds of the cemetery (grass, verges & plants)
Check headstones for damage and ensure they are safe
Ensure all paper work is up to date

You must:

Have a full UK drivers licence with no more than 6 points
Have excellent verbal communication skills
Have a compassionate manner
Be health and safety conscious
Be able to carry out tasks on a computer or handheld device
Be willing to work in all types of weather
