Are you an experienced fraud leader with a passion for protecting both businesses and customers? Do you have a track record of successfully managing fraud prevention in insurance, covering either claims or policy fraud? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our forward-thinking financial services client as the Head of Fraud.

This is a unique and dynamic opportunity where you will oversee fraud prevention and detection across both policy claims fraud and internal fraud. In this senior role, you will drive the company's fraud strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that the business understands the importance of fraud prevention and its impact.

Key Deliverables:

  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership, ensuring they are engaged and fully aware of fraud risks and the measures in place to mitigate them.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in managing fraud within the insurance industry, particularly across claims or policy fraud. Experience with internal fraud is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate complex fraud risks to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Relevant qualifications in fraud, risk management, or financial crime (desirable).
