Your new companyHays are delighted to be partnering with a market leading organisation within the technology sector who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis due to company growth. Your new roleThe HR Administrator will report to the HR Business Partner, working alongside, enabling and supporting functions, such as Finance, IT and Marketing, to support employees across global locations. The role holder will be a trusted team player, working closely with employees and managers alike to support teams through all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR project support.Key Accountabilities include:* Manage the full on- and off-boarding process by supporting managers and employees through each step* Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts, ensuring fully signed copies are securely stored* Obtain and follow up on employment references for new hires, ensuring satisfactory references are received before the start date* Handle the timely storage of employee-related documents * Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, ensuring accurate management of employee paperwork in line with GDPR, legal, and audit requirements* Support the administration of UK visa sponsorships, global mobility, and employee relocations* Identify and propose process improvements to enhance HR systems and workflows, developing process guidance as needed* Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth posting and timely responses to candidates* Provide administrative support in employee relations matters, including note-taking during formal meetingsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will need to be an experienced HR generalist with knowledge across the employee lifecycle, with a basic understanding of UK employment law and experience drafting contractual documents. You will need to manage workloads independently and make decisions, escalating issues when necessary and be able to manage, prioritise, and track both recurring and ad hoc tasks seamlessly.What you'll get in return
