Role- HR Office Assistant

Location- Edinburgh- West

Hours- 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (fully office based)

Salary- £24,000- £28,000

Within this role you will be responsible for supporting an experienced HR Partner with various HR administrative based duties. Some of which are listed below-

  • Maintaining various Inhouse HR systems, populating with accurate information
  • Liaising with candidates and setting up interviews
  • Sending out contracts to new employees
  • Assisting in the roll out of various HR incentives

Alongside these HR related duties there will be various ad hoc administrative duties you will be expected to undertake at a high level. These are-

  • Covering reception
  • Taking detailed messages and passing on to various stakeholders
  • Assisting in preparing inhouse events
  • Various ad hoc administrative task as directed by HR Partner or office PA
