Global professional services firm considered a leader within their field is looking to hire a new Senior IAM Manager, this role will involve working with end clients and providing consulting solutions to end clients across various verticals including Financial Services, Government and Commerce & Industry.

Roles and responsibilities:

Providing subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Leading transformations in areas such as identity governance, privileged access management, access management and customer identity access management

Understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback
- Communicating in an organised and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts
Expectations:

You can demonstrate good knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the Identity Access Management space, particularly in strategy, delivery experience, or assurance for identity and access management solutions

You possess experience in a client-facing role although this is not essential

You can work from our office for 2-3 days a week, delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritising and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor

You can leverage your extensive IAM expertise and leadership capabilities to make a significant impact on our organization and its clients
