Infection Prevention Control LeadEdinburgh£45,000 - £50,000Hybrid WorkingDue to a new project and change in structure, my client are looking for a IPC Lead for their private hospitals across Edinburgh. The purposes of this role is to ensure that hospitals are compliant with IPC regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*With a hybrid working pattern, during on-site days you will be expected to travel regionally across Edinburgh. *You will work with a close knit team of IPC professionals carrying out risk assessments to identify infection risks*Work with the Division Inspection Control Lead to support the development of programmes, IPC strategies and monitor its progress*Attend regular safety meetings to ensure best practice is followed at all times*Support clinical teams with post-infection reviews*Monitor and adapt to trend analysis *Participate in hospital facilities ensuring infection compliance is met and adhered to Requirements *Registered healthcare professional*At a minimum be educated to degree level in IPC or evidence that a post registration qualification is being worked towards*Proven knowledge and experience working in a senior IPC position*Ability to work with minimal supervision*Ability to travel across the region, driving license would be beneficial*Presentation and report writing skills
