Maintenance AssistantEdinburgh£28000 - £29000 per annum8am - 4pmMonday - FridayWe are currently looking for an experience Maintenance Assistant to undertake General Maintenance across a large facility in Edinburgh.Main Duties of a Maintenance Assistant will be undertaking Planned and Reactive Maintenance within your skillset.
* Liaise with suppliers to minimise costs whilst keeping good value* Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.* Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the client's premises, staff and visitors.* Respond in a safe manner to the effects of bad weather, e.g. Snow clearing, gritting, flooding, high winds, etc.* Undertake training to maintain and develop the requirements of the service.* Liaise and undertake duties at other sites in my portfolio.* Ensure Health and Safety policies are followed across all sites.* Liaise with and maintain good working relationship with clientsSend your up to date CV for immediate consideration
