Pay: £17.12 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary, 12-month contract

Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Hybrid Working: 2 days a week in office after training

The Client On-Boarding Team supports the completion of Standard & High Risk 'Know Your Client' activities within the on-boarding journey. The Client On-Boarding team's focus is to support the on-going needs of our customers and the Groups growth ambitions. Due to the breadth of Clients we support you will gain an in-depth understanding of the wider Client and Product base.

To succeed in this role you'll need a track record of consistently delivering high levels of results through attention to detail, providing quality outputs which satisfy stakeholder needs, delivering a client first approach and acting as a point of reference for information & procedural advise.

Role Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage own caseload of work, ensuring cases are managed within SLAs for both simple and complex onboards
  • Ensuring all information is processed and fully compliant with all company policies and UK legislation
  • Flagging and investigating any information that does not meet the compliance requirements, and liaising with clients and internal onboarding teams to assess and complete.
  • Support customers through their onboarding journey
  • Ensure all information is captured and documented with a high level of accuracy

You'll be expected to demonstrate:

  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services. Ideally you will also have strong technical knowledge of KYB/KYC and good technical knowledge of company entity types and corporate structures.
  • Effective communication skills in order communicate with variety of internal & external stakeholders using multiple communication methods in order to explain and support stakeholders with due diligence requirements.
  • The ability and skill to be able to manage expectations and influence others to achieve objectives i.e., negotiating target dates and requesting the return of specific information within defined timescales and following up appropriately.
  • Understanding the need to operate in a fully compliant manner to support business requirements.
  • The ability and skill to identify, assess, prioritise, and manage risks in a production process with guidance.
  • The stakeholder communication experience to support in the management of client accounts, and take the lead on client communication on occasion where necessary.
