- Act as the first point of contact for customers and offer them an excellent service over telephone and email
- Collaborating with the wider teams in the business, exchanging information and supporting to resolve any queries
- Support the wider team to ensure any objectives are met
- Building rapport and long-term relationships with customers and internal teams
- General administration
- Previous exposure in an office environment is desirable but not essential
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- 12 month fixed-term contract
- Edinburgh/Hybrid – at least one a week in the office
- Up to £22,500
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- 34 days holiday plus Scottish Bank Holidays
