Operations Support CoordinatorEdinburgh, Hybrid / 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract / £20,500 - £22,500My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit an Operations Support Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.The successful candidate will have at least 6 months exposure in an office environment and will have experience in offering excellent customer service to customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and offer them an excellent service over telephone and email
  • Collaborating with the wider teams in the business, exchanging information and supporting to resolve any queries
  • Support the wider team to ensure any objectives are met
  • Building rapport and long-term relationships with customers and internal teams
  • General administration
Essential Skillet
  • Previous exposure in an office environment is desirable but not essential

Package
  • 12 month fixed-term contract
  • Edinburgh/Hybrid – at least one a week in the office
