As Partner, you will oversee four teams, including 20 experienced lawyers, driving performance, strategy, and litigation success. Working closely with Equity Partners and senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s approach to personal injury law, ensuring operational efficiency, innovation, and outstanding client care.Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have proven leadership experience within a personal injury legal setting, with a strong background in managing complex caseloads, mentoring senior solicitors, and implementing strategic improvements.
