Due to continued expansion, they are seeking Personal Injury Claims Handlers/Paralegals to join their Edinburgh office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in law within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will manage their own caseload, investigate claims, take statements, arrange rehabilitation, obtain expert reports, and correspond with insurers, solicitors, and courts. They will also learn to negotiate settlements and, when necessary, assist the litigation team in progressing cases through the court process. The role is office-based, full-time, with structured training and opportunities for professional development, including the potential to become a Law Society-accredited paralegal.Requirements:The ideal candidate will have an interest in advocacy, claims, and court work, along with strong communication skills to engage effectively with injured clients. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. While previous experience in personal injury claims handling is beneficial, it is not required, as full training will be provided.
