Managing purchases and sales of estates, farms, forestry, and rural land.

Advising on forestry investments, natural capital projects, and carbon sequestration.

Handling development transactions, including option agreements and land sales.

Providing legal support on rural developments, including renewable energy, telecoms, and infrastructure.

Assisting with landlord and tenant matters, title investigations, and property disputes.
Profile

A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ years PQE, with experience in property law.

Genuinely interested in rural property, land management, and natural capital.

Skilled in title investigation, contract drafting, and negotiation.

A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage transactions independently and provide high-quality client service.
Job Offer
