Role Overview
As a Trainee Sales Advisor with Phoenix, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our clients' products directly to customers in residential areas across Edinburgh. This role is ideal for a driven, enthusiastic individual looking to excel in a commissiononly, self-employed position where income is directly linked to performance. You’ll be working full-time in a dynamic, face-to-face sales environment, building customer relationships and achieving sales targets in various residential locations.
Trainee Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities
- Approaching and engaging with potential customers at their homes, explaining product features and benefits in a clear and positive manner.
- Reaching and exceeding personal sales targets to maximise earning potential through commission-based compensation.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the products and services to address customer questions effectively and build trust.
- Sharing feedback and insights with the team to improve sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Representing our clients’ brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect for each customer interaction.

Trainee Sales Advisor Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to work in residential areas across Edinburgh.
- Full-time availability, aged 18 or over, and eligible to work in the UK.
- Reliable access to commute within the Edinburgh area for residential visits.
