Role OverviewThis Senior Account Manager will lead client relationships and campaigns with a focus on Scottish media relations. Ideal for a candidate experienced with financial or professional services brands, this role offers significant growth opportunities within a skilled team of experts in research, analytics, social media strategy, and creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Act as the main contact, fostering strong client relationships and leading meetings.
  • Campaign Management: Ensure timely delivery of client programmes, meeting KPIs and maintaining quality.
  • Media Relations: Build relationships with Scottish media, craft creative story angles, and mentor junior staff.
  • Content & Quality Control: Develop and review content across channels, providing feedback to align with client goals.

  • Growth & Strategy: Support new business proposals and identify opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets and resources, offering proactive solutions to optimise execution.
