Our client is seeking a driven and talented Senior Account Manager to lead and execute client campaigns. You will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, provide senior-level consultancy, and work closely with a team to ensure each program is impactful, timely, and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply in-depth understanding of client sectors, market challenges, and competitors to shape effective PR strategies.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and consultant.
  • Lead client meetings, presenting strategies and updates with clarity and persuasion.
  • Manage campaign delivery, ensuring KPIs are met and offering solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Develop creative media strategies, identify opportunities for client storytelling, and guide team members to pitch effectively.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals, and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Proactively generate fresh ideas and strategic insights for client programs.
  • Lead issue monitoring and management, applying critical thinking to reputational matters and drafting reactive content as needed.
  • Contribute to new business proposals and actively seek growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
