About the Role

Join my client as a Workplace Host, where you will combine customer service, light security, and workplace ambassador responsibilities. This is an exciting hybrid role at one of Edinburgh's premier corporate offices.

As a Workplace Host, you will be the face of the facility, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for colleagues and visitors while supporting the smooth running of the workspace.

What You Will Do
  • Customer Experience:

    • Be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, answering queries and providing support.

    • Manage visitor bookings, meeting room reservations, and desk allocations.

    • Set up meeting rooms and ensure workspaces are clean, tidy, and welcoming.

    • Facilitate client events and meetings.

  • Operational Duties:

    • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and workspace organisation.

    • Unlock and lock the building, including light security checks as per procedures.

    • Assist with mailroom services, deliveries, and consumable stock management.

    • Report and follow up on building issues to ensure swift resolutions.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with building management, landlords, and service providers.

    • Supervise and support the team members to maintain service excellence.
