Cleaning Supervisor

We have an exiting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join a facilities management business supervising and leading a small cleaning team based within an office block in Edinburgh.

This role will suit someone who has experience of supervising a small team; or an experienced cleaner who is ready to take the next step in their career. Whilst this role is a supervising role, the main duties of the role will involve cleaning alongside your wider team.

Equipment and cleaning products are all provided on site.

Available Shift Pattern:
* 6.30am-3.30pm
* Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:

12.86 per hour

Duties:

* Supervising a small team of cleaners to ensure high standards are being met at all times
* Allocation of tasks to the team

* Induction, training and support for new starters

* Vacuuming and cleaning of floor areas.
* Dusting and cleaning surfaces
* Removal and disposal of litter
* Sanitising all areas
* Replenishment of soap, toilet rolls and hand towels.

The Candidate:
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Previous cleaning experience
* Reliable and punctual.
* Polite and courteous to all staff and customers.
* Prides themselves on the delivery of a high standard of work

This work is temporary until at least November, but could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
