- Allocation of daily tasks to cleaning operatives
- Logging any complaints and ensuring they are resolved
- Escalating unresolved issues to the Team Leader as required
- Attend meetings as required
- Ordering materials when required
- Managing stock rotation and monitoring stock levels
- Assisting with cleaning tasks as required
- Responsible for signing in / out, incident logs, absence logs and ensuring these are logged and kept in the correct manner
- Carry out inductions and training
- Report any safety or maintenance issues to Janitorial staff or to the FM helpdesk
- Any other tasks as required
