HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR - SOCIAL CARE PROVIDER

£70,000 - £75,000 + £5,000 CAR ALLOWANCE

Hybrid Base with travel across Scotland

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a People Director/HR Director or equivalent leadership role
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations, Employee Relations, talent management / recruitment, and employee learning & development
  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare or care services) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing HR functions within a multi-site organisation such as leisure, retail or hospitality are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Compass Corporate Services are delighted to partner with an ambitious social care provider who operate throughout Scotland. Together we are seeking a Human Resources Director, a critical business hire who will be intrinsically important to their direction of travel for the foreseeable future and provide the senior hr input they crave to the board.

Reporting to the CEO, responsibilities encompass responsibility for L&D, Recruitment & Talent, Employee relations and change management amongst others. A full candidate pack is available to share with any interested parties.

THE CANDIDATE

  • A Doer with strong problem solving abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • Compassionate, with high emotional intelligence
  • Strong focus on operations and has a history of collaborating with key internal stakeholders to deliver objectives
  • Driving Licence and happy to travel and be visible amongst services.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • First interviews will be held with the CEO (virtual)
  • Second stages will be face to face ad include a presentation
  • Third and final stages will be a visit to one of their services.
