Reed HR are working with a well-established organisation based in Edinburgh seeking an HR Manager to provide senior-level support across various HR functions. This role includes managing recruitment and selection, updating HR policies, conducting equality impact assessments, reviewing appraisal schemes, and improving induction processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide senior management support in various HR functions.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best talent acquisition.
  • Manage and update HR policies and conduct equality impact assessments.
  • Review and enhance the appraisal scheme and induction processes.
  • Implement the HR Oracle System and ensure its effective operation.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective HR policies and training modules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
