Candidates must have a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, along with CIPD level 5 and over 5 years of HR experience.
Experience in the hospitality sector is preferred but not required.

On offer:Our client is offering a salary of 50,000 - 60,000 depending on experience.

The role:AsHR Managerin this stand-alone role you oversee all human resources responsibilities within this small but growing restaurant group. As the sole HR professional, you will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and overall HR strategy. You will work closely with directors and managers across the group to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards.

Candidate requirements

A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
CIPD level 5+
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Experience within hospitality is advantageous but not essential
