An exciting opportunity has become available in our Edinburgh office to work within our professional services business, specialising in Senior Finance. Alongside running your own 360 desk, you will get the opportunity to support and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
Our Finance team in Edinburgh is a truly collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team that contributes significantly to the success of the wider Edinburgh office and Scottish region.
What can I expect day to day?
You can expect to work with and engage with a variety of finance professionals from those currently studying towards their chartered accountant status to individuals that are at full chartered accountants and are at Partner level. Our Senior Finance business is well-established and will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to work with customers across the top 20 firms in Edinburgh, delivering a high-quality, bespoke recruitment service and building life-long partnerships.
As a Manager of a recruitment team, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry and technologies to provide innovative solutions. Your job role will allow you to experience the following:

- Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates and clients

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position alongside the management of a team
- Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment

- Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks
- Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
- Knowledge of the financial market would be ideal but not essential
